Chubb Associate Program

As a Chubb Associate, you will be in a full-time position and you will experience:

Bachelor’s degree required (many majors will be considered)
Strong GPA preferred (3.0 required)
Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred
Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
Technically adept/digitally savvy
Sponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without need for current or future employment-based sponsorship.
The pay range for the role is $62,500 - $75,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website . The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
