#This is for FULL -TIME role and Remote work opportunity in INDIA & USA

Job Description:
• Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Service Manager manages overall operations of Topcon’s CIAM solution
• This position will manage projects from beginning to end and act as the liaison between the executive team, business users and the IT technical development team.
• Very Good Understanding and hands on implementation experience in Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Open Authorization (OAuth), OpenID Connect (OIDC), Ping Federate, MFA
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the global SAP Business Applications teams, IT Infrastructure teams, and Network teams
• Assists in the facilitation of sprint planning and grooming using Agile development framework
• Owns the product road map and serves as the product owner for scrum teams, creating and prioritizing epics and stores.
