Announcement Capture Utility (ACU) team offer a multi business line subscriber service, which delivers timely & accurate corporate action event notifications globally. This role offers an individual an opportunity to develop a first class subscriber service platform, incorporating the latest digital tools and capturing meaningful performance indicators. Additionally the individual should look to introduce a robust reporting platform, support the subscriber governance forum and create leading business internal & external communications.
Key requirements include:
Lead the design and implementation of ACU Global strategy
Partner extensively with key stakeholders to drive ACU agenda delivering scalable industry leading solutions
Collaborate with the global change team to ensure a consistent approach
Establish and deliver ACU communication strategy
Deliver clear and succinct presentations to ensure Operations updates are easily understood by a range of stakeholders/subscribers
Drive the digital change initiatives across global reporting
Promote a data driven culture across ACU
