Responsibilities Include
• Support India Corporate Banking Headquartered and MNC India Country heads to define and drive revenue growth strategy and business priorities.
• Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews including resources analysis and budget planning process
• Assist in Expenses tracking
• Drive connectivity between different product groups and line of businesses in country to enhance share of wallet across GCB covered products
• Oversee client prioritization and pipeline management across various product lines.
• Analyze and report key trends and themes for senior audiences.
• Work with the Planning and Analysis, Controllers, Strategy to support accurate business analytics, financials and forecasts.
• Lead offsite planning/preparation, training and other initiatives.
• Partner closely with functional groups to drive and deliver the risk and control agenda for the Business.
• Work with Compliance, Business Control teams and business managers for other line of business in India to assist business adherence to local regulatory requirements
• Work with regional / global business management team in delivery of regional/ global deliverables.
• Project manage existing and new business initiatives and drive to completion in a timely manner.
• Ad-hoc requests and special projects

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Strategy or Research and Analytics
• An ability to work independently and under pressure in a very dynamic environment, with an attention to detail, an eye for spotting trends, articulate in written and verbal communication who is able to present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences
• Promote partnership by cultivating trust, fostering a shared purpose and strong relationship across teams, businesses, functions, regions and levels
• Communicates transparent, clear and compelling messages and priorities to guide and motivate others; cascade communications to team and appropriate stakeholders
• An ability to build relationships and influence others, across multiple disciplines and across levels of seniority
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and intensity
• Must be proactive with a drive to better processes and resolve outstanding issues
• Proactive, diligent and strong work ethic
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• An ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize and adapt in the face of ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands
• A thorough understanding and appreciation of risks and controls
• Very high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Banking products and Banking regulations
• A self-starter with an excellent attitude, motivation and an ability to learn quickly
• Familiarity with dealogic, Bloomberg, Thomas Reuters & other market data vendors (preferred)
