Description
This role is on permanent basis in Legal Entity Controller team, specifically providing coverage to Bank entity in India & regulatory reporting to RBI. The role is for assisting in maintenance of books of accounts under india GAAP, Ind AS, Legal Entity reporting, Control metrics reporting including reconciliation. The role is based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day finance operations, execute month end closing process in Indian GAAP/ Ind AS
• Regulatory reporting to Reserve Bank of India including monitoring of key ratios
• Preparation of financial packs for local governance
• Automation of regulatory returns
Requirements:
• A degree in accounting or finance related discipline
• A recognized professional accounting qualification
• Familiarity with regulatory circulars like IRAC, Exposure norms, Capital adequacy, CRR/ SLR
• Knowledge on accounting standards, audit procedures, etc
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Project Management Skills
• Positive attitude and a good team player
