The role will involve interacting with Sales & Traders and assisting them in resolving any issues with trade flow through risk management systems.
Improve the quality of data available to them through analysis, investigation and liaising with front office, middle office, technology teams and operations.
Requires good understanding of derivatives products, derivatives trade lifecycle, ability to navigate through systematic flow of data / trades.

Duties & Responsibilities
The role involves partnering and working closely with Sales and Traders to ensure proper trade flow and quality of data available to them.
• Set up data pipelines and business transformation logic using Python (Jupyter notebooks).
• Develop and enhance existing tableau dashboards and also build new dashboards.
• Liaise with Sales and Trading to understand the cater to their reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with Markets Risk Management Systems (e.g. Athena suite) is a plus.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and follow through on trade life cycle events which have an impact on data quality and analytics.
• Drive standardization across processes and reporting. Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency & accuracy of existing processes.
• Work with upstream data providers to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of transactional data.
• Work with various groups in Markets to help streamline reporting requirements and move towards a selfservice data driven model.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to address ad hoc data requests.
Skills & Competencies
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a Derivative Operations. Preferably in a Front Office / Middle Office role.
• Strong with Tableau dashboard.
• Python (Jupyter Notebook) skills is a plus.
• Strong Derivatives product knowledge. Interest, Credit Default Swaps, FX, Equity Derivatives. (In depth product knowledge of any one or more of these.)
• Thorough understanding of end to end derivative transaction cycle.
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written
• Building strong working relationships across global cross functional teams, including Front Office
• Partnering with global & local partners on projects, efficiency and business change (new products, industry change)
• Ability to drive results through a "handson" approach
• Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational risk
