Department Description Within the Corporate Investment Bank, the Wholesale KYC Operation (WKO) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that as an organization, we are compliant with multiple regulations, in order to protect the bank's reputation and financial assets. TheWKO team operates in close partnership with WKO middle office, Bankers, Operations, Credit, Legal and Compliance to provide efficient and timely on-boarding of new/existing client relationships to the JP Morgan infrastructure. Job Summary The Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Analyst is responsible for the management of write, edit and manage knowledge management assets for the WKO AML/KYC Program. Knowledge management assets including procedures, user guides, contextual help and communication for the firm wide Global KYC Standards as they relate to Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). The AML/KYC program is a priority and this role is critical in contributing to the ongoing support and success of the program. As a WKO Analyst / Sr. Analyst, you will partner closely with the subject matter experts from the business, policy, agile and project teams within various KYC functions and upper level management to ensure all Knowledge Management documentation is accurate, clear, concise, and consistent.
