Title: Business Intelligence Reporting & Data Specialist - Global Corporate Finance Ops
The Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the design and creation of standard dashboards and a self-service reporting model that will be used across the Global Corporate Finance Ops organization and senior management partners.
The BI Reporting Specialist will develop dashboards that clearly portray the intended message and lead the end user to the appropriate conclusions. S/he will collect and analyze complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis. In addition s/he will prepare a broad variety of reports and provide data and management information to the business; participate in high level business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting and work closely with the business to understand the requirements and translates them in to technical requirements for development .

Data analytical & organizational skills
Knowledge of data and infrastructure architecture disciplines & design across systems a plus
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years on business intelligence teams preferably using a variety of BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Cognos, Tableau, Adobe Analytics or similar
Experienced with advanced data manipulation and cleansing techniques
Advanced, demonstrated visualization expertise required , SAP/BO Queries and Tableau integration with Python
Advanced experience with optimizing data for analysis or visualization, incremental load, divided queries
Working proficiency in development tool sets and ability to learn new BI technologies as required
Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
Advanced MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint skills and Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
JavaScript, and HTML experience a plus
Experienced with data wrangling tools such as Alteryx a plus
Proficiency in one or more modern data analytics languages: R, Python, SAS a plus
