Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with Fund accounting knowledge who will be able to review the existing operating Controls independently and advise/remediate same, support the team & its leads on Business Management & MIS requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as contributing to strategic goals for the future. The candidate should be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurate Headcount Tacking & Governance for the function, working with Finance partner & operation leads to ensure Head Count targets are achieved as per plan. Ensure that the submissions are accurate, complete, reconciled (where relevant) and specific to the requirements
Execute and implement strategy and business initiatives;
Support the Business Lead on various MIS reporting requirement & analysis.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including Finance, Recruitment, Controls & other support teams to ensure accurate MIS for the Function.
Partner with local support functions and stakeholders to unblock any administrative issues for ops team;
Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks

Partner with OCM and drive the proactive reviews and Audit exercise from an Ops perspective and track for remediation and closure

Knowledge of Visualization tools like QlikView, Tableau will be added advantage
Excellent financial and performance management capability
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to implement change, seek efficiencies and manage initiatives along with your daily workload
Ability to work within a team and to build key internal relationships across different stakeholders
Understanding of diverse business processes
Ability & willingness to learn new activities & tasks
