As a member of the digital product management team for the Integrated Payments Product Group, you will have the opportunity to define and deliver a completely new client experience and drive new growth for the business through our next-generation digital gateway. This gateway is a revolutionary new global platform that seamlessly supports our client's need to pay or collect in multiple countries through a variety of bank-hosted engagement channels such as a client-branded online and mobile portal, voice-responsive phone, in-person point of sale and is future-ready for Artificial Intelligence powered assistants, chat services and more.

Skills We Are Seeking
• Ability to develop and implement digital product offerings leading to on time delivery of product capabilities.
• Experience with digital solutions, using restful APIs, mobile, web (responsive design) that are massively scalable, performant and PCI compliant.
• Ability to lead a new business initiative expanding product offering outside of the U.S and Canadian regions into new areas such as EMEA/UK, APAC and other regions.
• Key influencing skills working across multiple teams to deliver our vision
• Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption
• Strong agile execution skills with the ability to articulate a business case represented in the form of Jira Epic(s) and User Stories.
• Strong documentation skills to convey thought process via Use case diagrams.
• Strong product management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners
• Holistically understands core business problems and requirements from clients in order to deliver efficient and useful solutions
• A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and executing challenging goals
• Ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations. Adept at influencing peers with diverse points of view and building consensus
• Assist in production support for clients including troubleshooting client issues, defect management and client escalations
• Experience documenting requirements and use cases
• Work incredibly well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs
• Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market opportunities
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution across product and technology teams
