Network Management is a global function within Digital & Platform Services (DPS) of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) responsible for managing J.P. Morgan's network of agent banks and financial market infrastructures (FMI) to meet the firm's requirements for oversight of cash and securities services for principal and client activities. The network of providers includes banks, sub custodians, payment systems, central counterparties, securities depositories and cheque clearing systems.
Network Management has a global presence in key locations to provide market coverage and is comprised of several teams including: Securities & Cash Network Management, Network Client Consulting (NCC), Network Performance management and Network Management Oversight.
This role is a combination of a Network Performance Manager for APAC markets, along with a global Securities operational hub Network Manager.
The Securities operational hub Network Manager is accountable for performing tasks related to:
• Continuous regulatory and operational performance oversight of global securities agent banks and in particular operational hubs located in India
• Partner with Network Managers, Network Performance Managers, and the agent bank to ensure completion of due diligence on the operational hubs in line with agreed standards for optimal service delivery and to manage operational risk.
• Any issues would be shared with the Network Manager and the Network Performance Manager as appropriate for an overall view of the relationship and to raise to the relevant agent bank contacts.
• Accountable for ensuring that service standards agree with agents are adhered to, to the highest level.
• Role is to partner with Operations and the agent network to ensure optimal service delivery, enhancements and to manage operational risk.

This role will require engagement with stakeholders in the Lines of Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Network Management and the network of agent banks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for completing the Due Diligence on operational hubs located in country, in-line with Due Diligence questionnaire / checklist within agreed deadlines
• Preparation of summary from the Due Diligence and sharing the same with Network Managers and Network Performance Managers
• Work collaboratively in identifying risks and exposures impacting J.P. Morgan's Line of Business, stakeholders, and other key cross-functional partners while working
