Job Description
APAC Securities Services Operations continues to support the expansion and growth of our custody, fund services and trading services businesses across the region. Through material investment in digital tooling, data analytics, platform re-engineering, visualization methods and 'skills of the future' training, the traditional 'operating model' is being fundamentally scaled to better service our client's and businesses growth requirements. The operational workforce is positioned at the forefront of this digital and data driven change equipped with new market-leading platform capabilities and tools to continuously transform the operating environment in which they operate.
We are seeking a candidate based in Mumbai to join the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey, leveraging digital tools (e.g. UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.). The successful candidate will support APAC Securities Services operations, collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our roadmap.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of Intelligent Automation in Sydney, the scope of role includes but not limited to:
• Lead and facilitate internal stakeholder discussions and forums with clear outcomes and actions to drive a consistent strategy
• Own and drive timely delivery of proof of concepts, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders
• Provide reporting and communication to senior management
• Review and understand business requirements, then determine feasibility of development
