Global Institutional Structuring (GIS) is a cross asset and global team within Global Markets that designs, develops, and executes solutions and content across all asset classes. The team partners closely with our Global salesforce and Trading to offer best-in-class product knowledge, transaction structuring and deal execution to JP Morgan clients. Within EMEA, GIS is mostly involved in Rates, Equities and Strategic Risk Transfer solutions, with a focus on complex product design and execution for investors in the Institutional space. The team's expertise includes transaction origination, trade ideas and marketing, pricing and execution, as well as the legal and regulatory knowledge across a variety of client channels and delivery wrappers.
Role And Responsibilities
• Primary focus on rates- and equity-linked solutions, assisting the team with transaction origination and execution
• Produce relevant analysis including backtesting, sensitivities and other for investors/pricing or to support trading/risk management
• Partner with the EMEA team on transaction ideas, asset monitors, pricing runs
• Stay up to date with investment themes, techniques and transaction flows across EMEA
Required Skills
• Demonstrable experience within a markets related role
• Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity
• Team player with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, hardworking, flexible
• Ability to run multiple projects in parallel, excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proficient in Bloomberg, Excel . Programming experience.
