Job Description
Wholesale Know Your Customer Operations (WKO) is a global function within JP Morgan that spans the Corporate Investment Bank(CIB) and Commercial Bank(CB). The WKO Support team manages the resolution of application issues as well as User inquiries on "How To" complete processes. The WKO Support team user base consists of a global CIB & CB multi-functional user base (~5,000 users) covering Operations, Sales and Compliance functions engaged with KYC due diligence requirements for both the onboarding of new business as well as the remediation of existing clients.
Responsibilities
• Identify application issues and themes; manage them through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and escalation within agreed upon service levels
• Prioritize and maintain oversight of issues being addressed by technology via Jira
• Support and manage the WKO Inquiry process ensuring that user inquiries are addressed timely and within establish service level agreements
• Establish and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio) and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments and meet deadlines, while managing shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Self-motivated, results orientated & analytical ability who can work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC)
• Experience with WKO applications
• Experience working with end users to improve user experience
• Partners with upstream and downstream process owners to proactively identify areas for improving process quality, control, and productivity
• Ensures completion of daily processes and compliance with relevant procedures, policies, controls, and regulations, and escalation protocols
• Fluency with HTML5, JavaScript
