Container export communications2.1 Check vessel schedules with freight forwarder and inform ETD and ETA to customers2.2 Confirm material readiness to freight forwarder and get container stuffing date2.3 Communicate stuffing date to dispatch team2.4 Forward shipping documents to customer and freight forwarder (*shipping documents are received from dispatch Team)2.5 Check and approve shipping bill checklist3. Invoicing*3.1 communicate following documents to dispatch team on day of shipment for invoicinga. PI from JDEb. Draft invoice cum packing listc. Consignee sticker (soft copy) – will be pasted on boxes by dispatch team4. AR management4.1 Track AR overdues and work with respective sales manager for collection5.
