About the Position: We are looking for a content writer with a strong portfolio in
• Own the development and implementation of customer response content across all channels of communication for the contact center,
• End to end measurement for content creation and keep optimising the content based on the learning,
• Various tools for content development - not limited to MS Office Suite, Photo and Video editing software and online content creation tools.
• Understanding and adapting to the “Tone” of the organization and modify existing or new content as per the same.
• Being able to work and perform under pressure and tangential work alignments.
What You Will Do (Roles And Responsibilities)
• Be a part of a team of content developers, whose aim is to improve the communication standards for the resources in the Swiggy customer care division.
• Churn out ideas and copy for Swiggy’s many communication pieces including, but not limited to, chat, voice, email, and SM responses.
• Craft “Right Fit” communication for Swiggy resources to use, when new product offerings are made available to customers.
• Have a role in defending the brand voice of one of the most enviable brands today.
What Do You Need (Desired Skills)
• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree. Anything higher will be a plus. Specializing in English, Mass communication or Journalism will be a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer. Prior start-up or advertising experience is a huge plus.
• A very high attention to detail.
• A very high proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and write.
• The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job.
• The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner.
• An appetite for continuous learning
