JD : Full stack Developer
• Must be very well versed with Web design, development,
deployment/production and post-deployment monitoring processes
• Should be very strong in OOPS concepts, data structures and
algorithms
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails (RoR) practices and commonly
used modules; deep understanding of RoR internals like databases,
API, caching, proxies, web services, performance, and scalability.
• Language/Framework Skills –
• Ruby and PHP (Ready to work in both technologies)
• Javascript
• Laravel or Rails (Depending on Language)
• Knowledge of React/Angular will be a plus
• Excellent MySQL skills, knows SQL in detail
• Should be inquisitive and take on technical challenges with little
inputs
• Should be able to design & develop applications modules/features.
• Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
• Able to work well with business teams and understand business
processes
