Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Looking for candidates :
With proven experience as a CISO or similar leadership role of minimum 5 years experience in the BFSI sector.
Who can lead and oversee our Bank’s information security program. This includes developing and
implementing security policies and procedures, managing security technologies and overseeing security
awareness trainings.
Qualification:
Essential: - Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Applications / Information
Technology / Electronics & Cyber security/ Graduates having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
Desirable: - CISA, Diploma / Certification in Networking, Programming Languages, Database Management /
Administration/ Information Technology, Cyber security.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the Bank’s lead information security officer, overseeing all security initiatives, policies, and
procedures.
Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
Develop and implement information security strategies including vulnerability assessments and
penetration testing, and cyber security awareness and training.
Translate IT security risks into actionable requirements.
Develop and maintain an information security budget and oversee IT spending.
Research emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and advise management on appropriate.
Countermeasures.
Create and implement strategic plans to secure the Bank’s IT infrastructure.
Perform risk assessment and vulnerability analysis.
Promote the Bank’s information security reputation.
Evaluate security adequacy of third-party service providers.
Develop and implement security incident response plans.
Monitor and audit IT infrastructure.
Manage vendors and ensure ongoing vendor due diligence of contracts and ensure compliance with
contract terms.
Maintain relationships with the Bank's technology partners who support various IT applications.
Be responsible for compliance to IT security policies as well as regulatory prescriptions.
Evaluate the cost efficiency of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to various business
and technology solutions.
Any other technology enabled initiative decided by the Bank from time to time.
Conducting IT Audit & Internal Audit as per RBI guidelines.
Age: Below 48 years
Designation and Compensation:
Designation and Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications & relevant experience.
