Prior Regulatory Project experience
Skill Set Required
Product/Domain Knowledge is required in Wealth Management or Investment Banking area
Knowledge of Business Analysis Frameworks and Documentations
SDLC Knowledge: Agile Scrum and Waterfall
Tools Knowledge: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite
8+ years of experience as Business Analyst for large scale IT Projects
Educational Background: BE/BTech
or MBA
Good to Have
BA Certifications - CBAP, PMI PBA, CFA, FRM
Big Data:
Yrs of exp - 8+
Location - Pune & Chennai only

Skill set/Experience
4-8 yrs relevant experience
Strong solid understanding of the Big Data Platform/Architecture and the ability to do development and trouble shoot performance and/or related issues on Hadoop (Cloudera preferably)
Development experience with strong in Spark, Scala/Java and Kafka/Spark Streaming real-time/event-based messaging related to curation/conformance (ETL)
Hands-on experience working with Hive/Impala/HBase/Spark-SQL for data curation/conformance (ETL) related work
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to slice and dice for the data distribution needed for business and regulatory reporting
Experience working in an agile environment with a fast-paced changing requirements.
Strong Communication skills & Team player
