Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a City Head at Garden of Joy. As the City Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations in Hyderabad. This includes managing the team, scheduling projects, coordinating with clients, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving business growth. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in project management
• Knowledge of landscaping principles and horticulture
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Experience in client management and business development is a plus
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred
