Roles and Responsibilities

Develop the City Level Operations

Responsible for building and managing the Workshop and distributor network

Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned region

Achieves the region’s revenue and profitability.

Take initiative to bring new business to the company.

Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans, sales and compliance calendar. Work out a training calendar for all in the Sales Organization and implement the same

Understand the region in-depth, Creating New opportunities

Maintaining Daily , Weekly, Monthly Reports.

Strategy and planning , Revenue forecasting.

Work closely with the Cross functional team.

Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills to lead and manage a decent team

Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels
