About the Role
Join Play A Sport, India’s fastest-growing sports academy discovery platform, on a mission to build the country’s largest sports coaching network.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sports Academy Onboarding City Manager to drive the expansion of our sports network. This critical role involves identifying, engaging, and formally on-boarding local sports academies, acting as the primary representative for our national-level sports start-up in the city.

Key Responsibilities
As a City Manager, your primary focus will be on rapid and quality expansion. Your responsibilities include:
Academy On-boarding Target: Successfully on-board a minimum of 25 new local sports academies per month, ensuring a smooth transition into our network.
Relationship Building: Proactively build strong, lasting relationships with coaches, academy owners, and key community stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
Local Representation: Represent the company at local sports events, schools, and tournaments to promote our brand and identify potential partners.
Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure all onboarding data is accurate, complete, and maintained to the highest standard, strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Special Focus (For Female Partners): Actively seek out and focus on women and girls-centric academies to promote female participation in sports.

Sports Enthusiast: A genuine passion for sports is essential. A background or degree in Sports Management is a significant bonus.
Excellent Communicator: Proficient in both local language and English, with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
Self-Driven & Field-Ready: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the city.
