About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager at NetAmbit forFlipkart Grocery outlet on boarding and service. This role involves developing acquisition strategies for Flipkart outlet onboarding, servicing, and multi-product sales, sourcing and onboarding new outlets, managing and mentoring a team of field sales executives, and planning and implementing promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Responsibilities:
Develop acquisition strategies for Flipkart outlet onboarding, servicing, and multi-product sales.
Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience: 3-6 years in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding (Direct Sales/B2C/Merchant Acquisition/Telecom Sales/FMCG/E-commerce).
Leadership: Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
