Job Description
• Ensuring efficient Dark Store and Last mile Operations while achieving agreed budgetary and service levels and providing an effective and reliable service to customers
• Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and pick and pack and dispatch of products to the customer
• Cross function liaisoning: Sourcing, Finance, Replenishment, Vendors, Administration, and General management issues including the management of staff
• Proactively identifying issues and problems before they arise
