We're Hiring Operations Executive – Ahmedabad
GrEL is expanding its electric mobility operations, and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to manage and scale our day-to-day fleet operations in Ahmedabad.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of electric cab fleet
Monitor driver partner attendance, shifts and performance
Coordinate vehicle allocation, maintenance, and readiness
Ensure adherence to service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Handle on-ground issue resolution and operational escalations
Maintain operational reports and data tracking
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of driver partners
Who Should Apply
1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or mobility
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with field operations and data reporting
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Prior experience in cab, logistics, or mobility startups is a plus
