• To generate leads and acquire new clients from varied sectors & industries
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on competitor and market analysis
• Upsell & cross sell services to existing clients to maximize profitability
• Maintain PR with existing clients while building new clients as well
• Should be able to propose strategies as per the market trends.
• Responsible to onboard HNI clients with 1 Cr business opportunity annually
• Train and guide the internal team to penetrate the existing market and achieve the target billing.
• Achieve individual as well as team targets.
