Responsibilities:-
You would report to the National Sales Head and will be responsible for :
● Overall P&L of the City
● Driving business through the Sales Team
● Coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business
● Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business
● Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience
● Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy
● Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks
What we look for :-
● A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management
● 6+ years of experience in high paced, high pressure startup
● Should have good communication, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
● Should be a result oriented, self – starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion.
● Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
● Kannada fluency is mandatory
