The Role:
• End-to-end ownership of the sales / revenue & expenditure / cost of the city i.e., P&L.
• Monitor daily / weekly business operations & drive numbers as per targets / plan.
• Hire & manage a team of Loan Manager and Sales Manager.
• Appoint a network of channel partners / DSAs to drive business.
• Single point of contact between the ground sales team & the central team.
• Ensure operations processes & policies are adhered to.
• Work with product & engineering to improve customer experience & loan TAT.
• Work with the credit team to balance risk & sales.
• Suggest & implement local marketing plans.
• Establish distribution partnerships in the city.
• Be keenly aware of competitive intensity & activities.
• Be responsible for collections & recovery in the city.
Requirements
Kind of person we need:
• Numbers driven & analytical.
• Should have managed a field force.
• Hand on - should enjoy being in the field as much as in the office.
• Not mandatory but experience in dealing with law & order & legal procedures is a plus.
• Strong bias for action.
• Extremely high sense of ownership & no sense of entitlement.
• People from gold loan and/or consumer lending background and those with knowledge of the city's geography, communities, opportunities & risks are a plus.
