We are looking for a Civil Applications Engineer with the skills to provide technical assistance and design support to our civil engineering and construction clients. The role comes with career advancement opportunities.

A day in your new role:

Develop design application proposals for clients,

Write and present proposals for projects,

Prepare drawings to support the use of our products,

Deliver technical presentations to designers and installers,

Liaise directly with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and meet their needs,

Provide support for sales staff with technical aspects of project submissions,

Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with Design Engineers and Specifiers,

Assist the Technical Manager with research, training, development of marketing tools, database administration, budgeting, and technical initiatives.

To be successful you will have:

A Civil Engineering qualification,

A minimum of 5 years of prior design experience in civil infrastructure,

Experience working with Geosynthetics and/or Soil Mechanics would be highly advantageous,

Experience using AutoCAD and slope stability software,

Full working rights in New Zealand,

Excellent communication and presentation skills,

The ability to think creatively when problem-solving.

This role is based in Auckland.
