RedCap Staffing is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for civil construction projects across Houston.
We are looking for operators who can confidently work in tight, congested areas like downtown job sites. Some travel will be required
What You’ll Do:
Operate equipment (excavator, skid steer, mini-ex, backhoe, loader)
Work in tight spaces around utilities, buildings, and traffic
Perform trenching, grading, digging, and material handling
Work alongside crew and spotters to ensure safety
Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years equipment operating experience
Experience working in tight spaces / urban construction sites is a plus
Reliable transportation
Must pass background & drug screen
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
