About the Role
This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA
Full Time, Permanent
$120,000-$170,000pa + Super
Supervision and direction of project team members.
Performing quality assurance and risk management.
Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of all works.
Working within the project budget.
Conducting status review meetings with project team members.
Management of Sub-Contractors onsite.
· Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience gained in the Perth metropolitan area managing civil subdivisions
Possess a broad knowledge of Civil Construction activities & knowledge of industry standards.
Show a strong dedication to maintaining and enforcing Quality Assurance and Workplace Health & Safety Practices on site.
The ability to build a positive relationship with the client, subcontractors and project team members.
Proven leadership, management and communication skills.
Computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written skills
