Entry-Level Construction Labourer
Altina Construction is hiring motivated, entry-level labourers to help on excavation, ICF, retaining wall, and civil construction projects. No experience necessary! We’ll train the right people who are reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist with material handling, assembly, cleanup, and site setup
Support equipment operators and skilled trades
Learn how to use tools, read layouts, and work safely
Requirements:
Punctual and dependable
Physically able to lift, shovel, and work outdoors
Positive attitude and willingness to listen and learn
Transportation to the job site required
Compensation:
Fair starting wage with regular increases for performance
Premiums for out-of-town work
Paid travel time, meals, and accommodations for overnight stays
