Civil Design Engineer

• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to design, plan and oversee construction projects
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that construction materials and methods meet the required standards
• Supervise construction teams and contractors to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process
• Develop cost estimates and budget proposals for construction projects
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technology in civil engineering

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
