Responsibilities
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial facility construction projects. Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to develop detailed designs and specifications.
Review and approve engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pre-engineered building systems and their applications.
Oversee the design and construction of PEB structures, ensuring structural integrity and efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality of work.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that project costs are controlled. Monitor. project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to safety.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and contractors. Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders
