Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage site activities, address snags and issues, and maintain seamless communication with clients.
Additionally, the role involves various office-based tasks to support overall project execution and management.
Key Responsibilities :
• Site Management : Oversee site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks without pending snags.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve site-related issues and client complaints promptly.
• Client Communication : Send support mails to clients and maintain communication.
• Log Maintenance : Maintain a detailed log sheet or status report of all remaining or undone snags.
• Weekly Reporting : Prepare and send weekly work status reports to clients.
• Project Proposals : Create project and design proposals for new projects.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure project alignment and quality execution.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management, preferably in interior office spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed reports and maintain accurate logs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit.
