we need a site engineer with experience of building construction (0 to 5 yrs.) for different construction sites . Person who can stay near site will be preferred.
Following are the Role Task required for the position :
1. organising all activities
2. Arrange Labour, sub contractors & Construction Equipments, Site Mix concrete, labour camp, Light & water facility, security of site and safety of workers.
3. Carry out work, obtaining &managing drawings, prepare master, monthly, weekly & daily program, quality check, material & testing records, labour progress report, ordering material.
Following are the Skills required for the position :
1. Rapport Building
2. Telephone & meeting etiquette,
3. questioning & negotiating skills,
4. listening & negotiating skills
5. MS office, Internet Usage, Data finding
