The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the planning and delivery of diverse civil and concreting projects. This is a strategic leadership role where you will manage technical teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end civil engineering projects
Provide technical guidance across site operations and project planning
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Australian standards, WHS regulations, and environmental obligations
Mentor and manage engineering and site staff
Conduct risk assessments and quality control checks
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil or structural engineering (concreting experience preferred)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Sound knowledge of relevant Australian standards and building codes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
RPEQ or Chartered status (desirable, not essential)
