Roles and Responsibilities
• The candidate should test and improve economically, the quality of daily production of Paver Blocks and Flyash bricks.
• The major test includes mainly Sieve analysis, Moisture test, Compressive Strength test, Split & Tensile test, Abrasion test etc and maintain the lab and its instruments and its documents.
• He should also be responsible for all the civil work at factory.
• He should look after factory site maintenance.
• He should supervise/check incoming of Raw Materials at Factory.
