Cohen Law Group is a well-established law firm based in Maitland, Florida, specializing in first-party insurance claims with a primary focus on property damage. With our continued growth we are expanding into Colorado, and are looking to bring on top-tier legal talent to join our new Denver office.
We are looking for a fast paced, attorney barred in Colorado to join our team. Our Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in property damage claims, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Our firm offers an innovative quarterly and yearly bonus structure, collaborative working environment, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide expert legal advice and develop case strategies.
Requirements
• Must be based within commuting distance of Denver, Colorado.
• Active member of the Colorado Bar.
• Proven experience in handling first-party property insurance claims.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide 3 references
