We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on healthcare. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation cases within the healthcare sector. You will be joining a team of industry-leading attorneys who are committed to delivering top-tier legal services. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging cases, including matters involving professional liability, nursing homes, ****** abuse, commercial, human trafficking, mass torts, and class action.

Responsibilities
• Represent clients in a wide range of healthcare litigation matters including professional liability, nursing homes, ****** abuse, commercial, human trafficking, mass torts, and class action.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various healthcare regulations, laws, and policies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide practical legal advice tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Regularly attend court proceedings, depositions, and arbitrations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare litigation.
• Proven track record in handling cases involving professional liability, nursing homes, ****** abuse, commercial, human trafficking, mass torts, and class action.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom presence.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
