This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience in Illinois, looking to enhance his/her experience and grow professionally.
BCM Law, P.C. was founded in 1++7 with a vision to provide skilled and aggressive defense for Employers and Insurers for complex legal matters such as Civil Litigation Defense, Insurance Law, Employment Law and Workers’ Compensation Defense. We represent clients from our offices in Chicago, Bloomington/Normal and St. Louis, MO.
The Position
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Illinois. Dual licenses in Wisconsin, Missouri and/or Indiana a plus!
• 3+ years of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Trial experience (First or Second chair a must)
• Construction law and insurance defense experience preferred, labor and employment law experience a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Portable book of business a plus
