You will work closely with the Director and other team members, gaining valuable experience while managing your own caseload. You will be exposed to high-profile and challenging matters, with the opportunity to collaborate with senior legal professionals, including barristers from leading chambers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, and affidavits for civil litigation matters.
- Representing clients in various litigation proceedings, including shareholder disputes, construction matters, and commercial litigation.
- Assisting in the preparation for court hearings, including involvement in high-profile cases.
- Managing ongoing litigation matters, including High Court proceedings and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
