Civil Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil & Interior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our civil and interior design projects, from conception to completion. They will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Manage multiple civil and interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all project objectives are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project specifications are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project.Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.QualificationBachelor's degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in civil and interior design project management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
