Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must know all basics of civil construction supervision qualities in Building Construction works.
Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Coordinating with Engineers for ensuring quality & adherence of time line of the construction.
Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Daily Labour Report (DLR) as and when required.
Experience in Structures / Finishing works and precast Technology would be advantage.
Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Desired Candidate Profile
DIPLOMA / NAC / ITI - Civil
Should have worked with reputed Contractors / Developers / Builders.
Having experience in High Rise residential or commercial projects will add advantage to the profile.
