Job Description
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through trial, with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to maximize client recovery.
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda.
Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable settlements.
Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
