What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring injured workers receive the entitlements and care they deserve.
Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make accurate, evidence-based claim assessments.
Applying cost-effective and sustainable strategies while prioritising the wellbeing of injured workers.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive and timely case management.
Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant Experience: Whether your background is in Workers Compensation, claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, we value your transferable skills. A background in psychology or allied health is highly regarded.
Strong Communicator: Excellent listening and communication skills to manage a high-volume workload with empathy and professionalism.
Team Player: You thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment and contribute positively to team success.
Resilient & Resourceful: Confident in navigating complex information, negotiating outcomes, and managing sensitive cases with care and resilience.
