Role and Responsibilities
Visiting network hospitals and taking care of cashless processes of clients end-to-end and interact with clients to take care of all claim-related procedures
Serve as the main point of contact for Loop Health members for all claims-related inquiries and connect users with our Medical Team and doctors in case of any health queries.
Guiding Loop Members for cashless and reimbursement process, quickly supporting them with all required information.
Overseeing multiple cashless authorizations and discharge cases.
Building relationships with different hospitals and TPAs to improve TATs for a favorable service.
Maintain a clean and useful claims tracker.
Requirements
1+ years of experience working with cashless claims
Has held a role in a TPA/hospital desk/insurer in a claims-facing role
Has had 6+ months experience interacting with customers
Flexible with working and travelling to various Hospitals around in Pune.
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi. Fluency in regional language is encouraged
User in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Interested in learning new technological tools
Fluency in English and Hindi. Fluency in regional language is encouraged
