Claims Advisor (Personal Injury Claims)
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated, customer‑centric Claims Advisor to join Suncorp’s Personal Injury Claims team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal injury claims while serving as a key point of contact for customer calls. You will provide timely, empathetic, and professional support, ensuring claimants feel heard and informed throughout the process. By guiding customers through their claims and answering questions clearly, you will deliver efficient outcomes while supporting their recovery and ensuring compliance.

What you’ll do

As a Claims Advisor, you will provide empathetic and professional support to customers throughout their personal injury claims. Your key responsibilities will include:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with empathy and clear communication.
Guide customers through the claims process, providing information, advice, and support tailored to their needs.
Manage personal injury claims from lodgement to resolution, ensuring decisions are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes and support recovery.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all claims are managed in line with legislative and procedural requirements.
What you’ll bring

Previous experience with claims management or strong customer service experience.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
