Role Commencing May - Initial 6 Month Opportunity with the possibility to be extended or made permanent.

Your New Role
As a CTP Claims Advisor, you’ll be the trusted support for customers who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. No two days look the same, and you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their recovery journey with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
This role commences in May.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a portfolio of claims, including regular customer contact.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers.
Gathering the right information to make informed, timely decisions.
Reviewing medical documentation and proactively approving treatment where appropriate.
Delivering clear, supportive decisions to customers throughout the life of their claim.
Maintaining strong compliance to meet internal and external audit requirements.
