Gallagher Bassett is Australia's largest Third Party Administrator (TPA). Our focus is refreshingly simple: we manage insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured corporations.

As a Claims Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support by processing invoices, and providing front line customer service via telephone and email.

How you'll make an impact
Processing of invoices and reimbursements within required timeframes;
Answering email correspondence, or directing it to the appropriate person;
Telephone customer service;
Uploading of documents and data entry to relevant systems;
Provide administrative support to the claims teams.

About you
Previous administration experience with high attention to detail and data entry skills
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Suite
Sound communication skills working with varied stakeholders
Well-developed communication skills
